Scully Cowgirl Dress in Turquoise

A very unusual and sexy little Western Style Dress essential in every cowgirl's apparel wardrobe by Scully.  This dress is full of ruffles along the neckline and the asymmetrical hemline that falls below the knee.  The halter neck ties in the back.  100% Peruvian cotton.  Machine was cold.
The dress will be available end of June.
